Get to know Gogo

As a professionally trained dancer, a certified yoga instructor with The Yoga Alliance, and a life-long mover, Gogo is motivated to help others connect to their bodies and most importantly find peace in the present moment.

While traveling Central and South America, Gogo felt called to meditate. She was a solo-traveler and needed something she could listen to even during her busy days. This inspired her to create her own meditation podcast, and share her teachings with other humans. If you think you cannot meditate, do not have the time for it, or are intimidated by the idea of it, this show is perfect for you.
